I recently had the opportunity to avail the banking and facilities services provided by Sterling Bank Services and I must say that it was an overall average experience. The services were satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The customer support was helpful, but there were a few instances where the response time was longer than expected. The online banking platform was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I did face some issues with certain features not functioning properly. Overall, I would rate my experience with Sterling Bank Services as average.
