The overall experience at this dealership was average. The website had a clean and professional layout which made it easy to navigate through the available inventory. However, when I visited the dealership in person, I felt the staff lacked enthusiasm and didn't make me feel like a valued customer. The salesperson assisting me seemed distracted and uninterested in answering my questions thoroughly. The prices were competitive, but the negotiation process was arduous and left me feeling frustrated. On a positive note, the vehicle I purchased was in good condition and has been reliable so far. The service department was efficient and completed the required maintenance quickly. Although my experience was not exceptional, it was average and I am satisfied with my purchase.
