I recently started taking Pilates classes and stumbled upon Corestar's website. The variety of classes they offer is amazing, and it's great that they have different levels for beginners and more advanced practitioners. The instructors are friendly and helpful, always making sure that I am doing the exercises correctly. I've already noticed improvements in my posture and core strength.
