I recently had an experience with a banking company. The overall experience was average. The customer support was helpful and responsive. However, I found the fees charged to be on the higher side. The website was easy to use and navigate. The online banking platform provided convenient features. But the fund transfer process could be improved. In conclusion, it is an okay option for banking services, but there is room for improvement.
