I have been a loyal customer of State Contracting & Engineering Corporation Inc. for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their work is decent, but I have encountered a few issues with their customer service. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars. There is room for improvement, especially in terms of communication and follow-up.
