🏦 The website of this bank is easy to navigate and has all the necessary information that I was looking for. However, I found the overall experience to be average. The customer service representatives were helpful, but the wait time on the phone was quite long. 💁‍♀️ Additionally, I encountered some technical issues while trying to access my account online, which was a bit frustrating. 🖥️💥 The online banking system could use some improvement. On the positive side, their interest rates are competitive and it is convenient to have multiple branch locations throughout Nebraska. 🌽🏢 Overall, while there were some drawbacks, this bank provides a decent level of service and I would consider using them again in the future. 😊👍
