I had an average experience shopping with Bastet & bee. The website is easy to use and the products are decent. However, I was not impressed with the customer service I received. It felt like they were not very knowledgeable and took a long time to respond to my inquiries. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I would consider other options in the future.
