I've had a mixed experience with cubic machinery inc. Their website cubicmachinery.com is informative and easy to navigate. However, the delivery of my order was delayed, and the customer support team wasn't very helpful. On the positive side, the product itself is of good quality. Overall, there is room for improvement in the customer service department.
