I had a mixed experience with Cool Springs Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, PLLC. The doctor was competent and thorough, but the wait time was longer than expected. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the overall atmosphere was a bit chaotic. Despite these shortcomings, the medical care I received was satisfactory. I would suggest improving the efficiency and streamlining the patient experience.
