I recently hired a moving company to assist with my move, and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, making it convenient to gather all the necessary information about their services. The quotation process was straightforward, and the team was responsive in providing the necessary details. However, when it came to the actual move, there were a few minor hiccups. The movers arrived on time, but their level of professionalism was just average. Some of my belongings were not handled as carefully as I would have liked, resulting in a couple of minor damages. While the team was friendly, their efficiency could have been improved. Despite these issues, the company managed to transport all my belongings safely and within the agreed-upon timeframe. Overall, an average experience, but with room for improvement.
