I recently discovered this gem called Breadsmith of Appleton and I'm so glad I did. The bread is absolutely delicious! The crusts are crispy and the inside is soft and fluffy. They have a great selection to choose from, and I love that they offer gluten-free options too. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
