I had a mixed experience with Gitano consulting. While they did provide some useful insights and recommendations, their overall communication and response time was quite slow. It took them several days to get back to me on important matters, which was frustrating. I also found their fees to be on the high side compared to other consulting firms. However, I must say that their team was knowledgeable and professional during our meetings. Overall, I would rate them as average.
