The technicians from Kilowatt did an average job fixing my air conditioner. They were able to solve the problem, but it took longer than expected. The service could have been more prompt and efficient. However, I appreciate their efforts in getting my AC up and running again. Overall, I would recommend Kilowatt for their expertise in HVAC
