I recently hired a photographer for an important event and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The quality of the photos was just average, and the photographer seemed uninterested and lacking creativity. I expected better from Captured Memories Photography, especially considering their reputation. I wouldn't recommend their services based on my personal experience.
