As a CUSTOMER, I have had a very average experience with Carefirst Bluecross Blueshield. The customer service is decent, but there is room for improvement. The website carefirst.com is easy to navigate, and the overall process of finding information is straightforward. However, there have been instances where I had to contact customer support multiple times to get a satisfactory resolution. The wait times can be quite long, which can be frustrating. Overall, my experience has been average.
