I recently engaged with a coaching company to help me with my succession planning needs. After doing some research, I came across Transform Coaching. Their website was informative and well-designed, giving me a good first impression. The coaches I worked with were knowledgeable and professional. They had a good grasp of the challenges I was facing and provided valuable advice on creating a solid succession plan.

However, I must say that my experience was not exceptional. While the coaches were helpful, I found the process to be somewhat lacking in terms of customization and personalization. It felt like a one-size-fits-all approach rather than tailored to my specific needs. Additionally, the company's communication could have been improved, as I often had to follow up for updates.

Overall, Transform Coaching provided adequate support for my succession planning, but I was left wanting more in terms of individualized attention and proactive communication.
