Creative Concepts and Promotions provided me with an average experience overall. While they were able to deliver the work on time, I felt that their concepts lacked uniqueness and creativity. Additionally, their customer service was satisfactory but not outstanding. There were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, they did handle my concerns eventually. Considering the competitive market, I believe they have the potential to improve their services and stand out.
