Independent Bank of Texas is an average bank overall. I have been banking with them for a few years now and have had mostly positive experiences. The customer service is decent and the online banking platform is easy to use. However, I feel like the fees can be a bit high compared to other banks. Overall, I would say they are alright, but there is room for improvement.
