I recently used Sportstrip for my vacation and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was fairly straightforward. However, I was expecting more from the customer service. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took longer than expected to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, I would rate my experience with Sportstrip as average.
