I had a mixed experience with Marcol. Overall, I would say it was average. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. I had some issues with my order and it took a while to get a response. The product quality was decent but not outstanding. I expected better for the price. I hope Marcol can improve their customer service and product quality in the future.
