I just received my order from R. j. thomas mfg. and I have mixed emotions about it. 😕 The product itself is good and serves its purpose well, but the packaging was damaged during shipping. Thankfully, the product was not affected, but it was disappointing to receive it in such condition. The customer support was responsive and offered a refund for the inconvenience. Overall, the product is fine, but the shipping and packaging need improvement.
