I wanted to get into fermented foods and stumbled upon L'atelier du ferment. Their products are simply amazing. The flavors are vibrant and the textures are perfect. I tried their beet and ginger sauerkraut and it was a revelation. The website was user-friendly and the ordering process was a breeze. I'm thrilled to have found L'atelier du ferment and I can't wait to try more of their products.
