I recently had an experience with an investment company and although I don't want to name any specific one, let me just say that it was a dreadful experience. The website was confusing, the customer service was non-existent, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I wish I had done more research before choosing that company. So my advice to anyone looking for investment options is to do your due diligence and make an informed decision.
