I have been a customer of Arte for a few years now...

I have been a customer of Arte for a few years now, and I am generally satisfied with their services. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of content. However, I do find that the video player sometimes freezes and the streaming quality is not always consistent. Overall, I would rate Arte as average. It's a decent streaming platform, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
