I recently bought a blanket from Big D Products, and I have mixed feelings about it. The blanket itself is quite comfortable and cozy. However, I did have some issues with the customer service. They were not very responsive to my inquiries, which was frustrating. Overall, the product itself is decent, but the customer service could be improved.
