I recently had to get my car's windshield replaced and decided to give this company a try. The process of scheduling an appointment online was smooth and convenient. The technician arrived on time and was professional in his approach. The replacement was done efficiently and the new windshield seemed to be of good quality. However, I must say that the customer service could have been better. The representative I spoke to on the phone was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in answering my questions. Additionally, the pricing for the replacement was on the higher side compared to other companies in the area. Overall, my experience was average with this company. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but the lackluster customer service and higher pricing were a bit disappointing.
