I've been attending yoga classes at Nayala for the past few months and I'm absolutely loving it! The instructors are knowledgeable and provide clear instructions throughout the class. What I appreciate the most is the non-judgmental and inclusive atmosphere they foster. It's a safe space where I can push myself without feeling pressured. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and inviting environment. Highly recommend!
