I've been a member of a gym for a while, but recently switched to Ymca of Greater Saint John, and I must say it was a great decision. The facilities are clean and well-equipped, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the variety of fitness classes they offer, from yoga to kickboxing. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable. It's a great place to work out and meet new people who share the same fitness goals.
