I recently used the services of a real estate company to handle my property management needs. The website of the company, velocityreos.com, was easy to use and had all the necessary information. However, the customer service experience was not satisfactory. It took a long time to get a response to my queries, and the staff did not seem to be very knowledgeable or helpful. Overall, I would not recommend Velocity REOs, Inc. for property management services.
