I worked with GlaxoSmithKline for a short period of time and my experience was mixed. There were some aspects that I liked and some that I didn't. On the positive side, the company had a good work-life balance and the pay was competitive. However, I felt that the communication within the organization could be improved. There were times when important information wasn't communicated effectively, leading to misunderstandings. Overall, it was an average experience working with GlaxoSmithKline, Ringaskiddy, Cork.
