I recently opened an account with this bank and have had a positive experience so far. The online banking features are easy to use and navigate. I appreciate the quick customer service responses and the lack of unnecessary fees. My only suggestion would be to improve the mobile app interface. In terms of service and overall experience, I would rate it as great.
