I recently hired a consulting company for some business advice. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. They provided me with some useful suggestions to optimize my business processes. However, I felt that the solutions offered were not very innovative or unique. It would have been beneficial to receive more customized recommendations tailored to my specific industry. Additionally, the communication could have been more timely and proactive. Nonetheless, they were professional in their approach and delivered on their commitments.
