As a frequent customer of Census Bureau Welfare and Recreation Association (CBWRA), I must say that their services are simply average. The facilities they offer are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it feels like they are understaffed, resulting in longer wait times. Overall, I would rate CBWRA as satisfactory.
