I recently had an average experience with a company that supports migrants in Portugal. Their website was straightforward to navigate, but I found it lacking in detailed information about their services. The overall design of the website seemed quite basic and could be improved to enhance user experience. As for their customer service, it was somewhat average. While they responded promptly to my inquiries, the assistance provided was not particularly exceptional or personalized. I would have appreciated more guidance and clarification during the process. Considering all aspects, I would rate this company as average. There is certainly room for improvement in terms of website content and customer support to better serve their target audience.
