It took longer than expected to receive a response, and the reply seemed generic and didn't fully address my concerns. Additionally, the shipping time was average, neither exceptionally fast nor slow. The product I received was of good quality and met my expectations. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They have a functional website and deliver decent products, but their customer service could use improvement in terms of response time and personalization.
