I recently started working for a company that offers great paid time off benefits. The policies are very generous and allow me to take time off whenever I need it. It's a refreshing change compared to my previous job where I had to constantly worry about saving my vacation days. The only thing I would suggest to improve is the communication regarding PTO availability and the process of requesting time off.
