I had an average experience with United Way of Lewis County. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the overall communication to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiry, and when I did get a response, it was not very helpful. I appreciate the work the organization does, but there is room for improvement in customer service.
