I've been practicing yoga for years now, and La Jolla Yoga Center is definitely one of the top studios I've been to. The instructors are knowledgeable and experienced, and they create a safe and inclusive environment for all. The classes are challenging and well-paced, and I always leave feeling accomplished. The studio itself is beautiful and well-equipped. Highly recommend checking them out!
