JH Architects provided an average service. While the overall quality of their work was acceptable, I felt that the attention to detail was lacking. The designs were satisfactory, but not outstanding. In terms of customer service, they were professional and prompt in their communication. However, I expected more creativity and innovation from an architectural firm with their reputation. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
