BE AWARE!!!! Lack of Communication within the Employees

I needed to have two of my cats spayed and neutered for awhile beyond the time my female cat should have been spayed so I talked with Concern for Animals for two vouchers to cover the cost or, at least assist in doing so for my male and female cats. I acquired the vouchers and the next step was to call up a vet and I chose NW Spay and Neuter because, prior to calling my sister had just taken her cat in November to be fixed and it covered the voucher she also picked up for her cat covered the entire cost and this was key for me since, I live on a set income.
I called NW Spay and Neuter to set up my cat's appointments that was the next step with the vouchers, once you let Concern for Animals know the vet you chose for the procedures they would email the vouchers over to the vet.
At which time an employee from NW Spay and Neuter returned my call after leaving a vm. I asked the Employee if the vouchers would cover the entire cost and I was told it would cover the entire cost for each of my cats because, I am low income. I personally budget every expenditure down to a science. I dropped off my cats for their procedures on the morning of the following day I went to pick them up to find out I had been given false information by their employee who scheduled their appointments. Regardless, of the name of the employee they are still an employee of their vet clinic, a name does not matter. I found out that the costs of having your pet spayed or, neutered had increased and I was given info that had not been updated. The receptionist told me the cost had been that way for awhile, I believe it had only been the increase since, the beginning of this year. So there is a huge break down in communication within their employees. So I had to give up the money I had set aside for my other cat to be micro chipped which makes me livened because, if she goes missing or, is injured I blame that on NW Spay and Neuter. They put on the false impression that they care for your pets but, do they really. If I knew and had been told up front at the time of making their appointments I would have set aside the financial means to provide for the entirety of the costs for all 3 of my cats to be micro chipped not having to sacrifice the protective measures for any of my babies. Now, I'm left with a past due amount that should not fall on me to pay since, it was their breakdown in communication and not setting all their employees down in a meeting to update all the employees on the new updated costs for the procedures for spaying or, neutering your pets. I intend to fight it, they want you to believe they care about your pets, no they care about the money they get from each pet owner they service, the heart is not there, the desire for more money is there, not the love for your pet.
I am unsatisfied with their services.
