Jet Delivery, inc. is an average company. The delivery service is good, but not outstanding. I have used their service a few times and overall it has been satisfactory. The packages arrive on time and in good condition. However, there have been a couple of instances where my packages were delayed. The customer service could use some improvement as well. The representatives are not always helpful and it can be difficult to get a response. I would consider using Jet Delivery, inc. again if I couldn't find a better option.
