Visual travels provided an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was fairly smooth. However, I expected more from the actual tours. The guides were knowledgeable, but the itineraries felt rushed and I didn't feel like I had enough time to truly enjoy the destinations. Overall, an average experience.
