I have had a mixed experience with Emerald Management Group Inc. The customer service was prompt and professional, and they were able to answer all my questions. However, there were some issues with the quality of their products. The items were not as durable as I had hoped, and I had to replace them sooner than expected. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
