I recently used the services of a housing provider to find affordable housing, and I have to say that my experience was average. The team was helpful to some extent, but I felt that they could have been more attentive and responsive. The website was user-friendly, but it lacked detailed information about the properties. Overall, my experience was decent, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
