I had a mixed experience with Energo-tel s.a. The technicians were knowledgeable and were able to fix the electrical issue in my apartment. However, their customer service could have been better. I had some difficulties reaching them and the response time was not great. Overall, the quality of the work was good but the customer service experience could be improved.
