I recently availed the services of a HR consultancy firm for recruitment purposes and came across Wecare HR Consultancy. It was a decent experience overall, with both positive and negative aspects. The company website was user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the necessary information. The initial interaction with the consultants was prompt and professional. However, once the hiring process started, there were occasional delays in communication and responses. The quality of the candidates provided was satisfactory but not exceptional. While they met the basic requirements, some of them lacked the desired skill sets. The pricing structure was reasonable, offering value for money. Overall, my experience with Wecare HR Consultancy was average. They could improve in terms of responsiveness and candidate selection.
