Bio Ritmo is a fantastic company! I have been a loyal customer for years and have always been impressed with their top-notch facilities and friendly staff. The classes are challenging but also fun, and the instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. I especially appreciate the variety of classes they offer, from traditional workouts like spin and yoga to more unique ones like aerial silk. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and the locker rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, Bio Ritmo provides a great workout experience, and I highly recommend it!
