I have been a customer of Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) for several years and I must say that their service is average. The quality of their products is good but there have been instances where I have experienced delays in delivery. However, their customer support team is always helpful in resolving any issues that I have faced. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
