I have had both positive and negative experiences with Rokmetro. On one hand, their products are of good quality and the website is easy to navigate. On the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. I had an issue with my order and it took several attempts to get it resolved. However, once the issue was resolved, I received excellent support. Overall, I would still recommend Rokmetro but with a cautionary note about their customer service.
