I have been a customer of Industrial automation engineering, inc. for many years and I have to say that their service is average. While they do a decent job in delivering products on time, I have had some issues with the quality of their components. There were a few occasions where the parts I received were faulty and it caused a delay in my project. However, their customer support team was responsive and helped me resolve the issue promptly. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
